Aims at Social Mobilization in helping community members to manage their own primary health, sanitation and social needs

HELP was established in 1990 and registered with the Government Department of Social Welfare in 1991. It is a non-government, Community Based Primary Health Care and Education Programme working in various Katchi Abadies of Karachi and Sanghar HELP has has tax exemption. HELP comprises of professionals including doctors, social workers, Chartered accountants, and lawyers, committed to the development of Primary Health Care.
